About

Where Technology Meets Human Experience

I started writing HTML in 1995, back when web pages were simple and the internet felt like the Wild West. Since then, I’ve spent more than two decades as a web UI developer and consultant, helping teams design and build digital experiences that make sense to real people. I’ve seen the web grow from static pages to interactive ecosystems—and I’ve always been fascinated by how design can bridge the gap between technology and human intuition.

Today, as I transition into UX and product design, my focus remains the same: to make software that feels natural, accessible, and even delightful to use. My background in development gives me a unique appreciation for what’s possible, while my design mindset pushes me to make every interaction meaningful.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted music lover. You can usually find me at one of Chicago’s many live venues, soaking in the energy of a performance. I find that the rhythm and emotion of music often mirror what great design strives for—a sense of harmony that just feels right.
